Information you provide

The project assistant and form can collect your name, phone, email, city, project type, project description, timing, and preferred inspection window. Do not submit access codes or sensitive financial, medical, identity, or account information.

How it is used

The information is used to review the project, respond to the request, coordinate a possible inspection, protect the form from abuse, and maintain necessary business records.

Website analytics

Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are used to understand visits, traffic sources, page use, and general interactions such as scrolling, outbound clicks, and campaign response. They may process technical and usage information such as device and browser details, approximate location, referring pages, and cookies or similar device identifiers. Project-request contact details and descriptions are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.

AI-assisted responses

The guided assistant can use an external AI service when configured to respond to the project answers entered during the conversation. Contact details are collected in the final structured request and are not needed for the assistant response. The request is still validated and reviewed by Handyman Harman. The assistant cannot confirm an appointment, price, scope, permit status, warranty, or professional approval.

Service providers

When enabled, hosting, database, email, abuse-prevention, analytics, AI, and scheduling services may process information needed to provide their part of the website.

Retention

A fixed public retention period has not been adopted for project-request records. Records may be kept while a request is reviewed and for necessary business, service-protection, or legal purposes. Ask about access, correction, or deletion using the email below; some records may still need to be retained where a legitimate business or legal reason applies.

You may use the standard form instead of the assistant, contact Handyman Harman directly, limit analytics through browser or device privacy controls, or ask about submitted information by emailing hello@handymanharman.com.
